Each Keyo Tiny Home will be designed by the buyer under the guidance of a Keyo Designer.
Cost for your home will vary depending on the square footage components you select. Once you have registered for the selection your design consultation appointment will be set up.
Getting the Perfect Fit:

10x10 or 100 sq.ft = $14,000
12x12 or 144 sq.ft = $20,160
17x10 or 170 sq.ft. = $23,800
Additional full bath: $12,000
Additional half bath: $7,000
Add a 1 car garage, detached or attached: $25,000
KEYOMICROHOUSE accessory dwellings start at 300 sq.ft = $43,500. These can only be purchased with a primary KEYOHOUSE . Mecklenburg County rules specify the primary house needs to be at least 857 sq.ft. in order to accommodate the 300 Sq. foot Accessory Dwelling.
Lots will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Each buyer will receive their Selection Number in the order they have reserved a lot. The proposed site plan currently contains over 50 lots. (Subject to change based on county subdivision process request.) Once the plot/lots have been surveyed for building, all buyers will be invited to a selection party. Buyers, in order of building reservations, will select the lot of their choice for their tiny home.
Keyo Tiny Houses will be accepting reservations for the Lot Selection and Custom Design Appointments. To reserve your tiny house requires a $4,000 non refundable Design / Lot Reservation Fee.
We currently have 1 lot available for construction with more being released in 2018.

The Keyo Park West Subdivision
Keyo Park West is in the process of subdividing a wooded 20 acre parcel between Tom Sadler Road and Cathey Road in North West Charlotte. Currently working with a land design plan offering over 50 building lots that will range between .18 and .25 of an acre. (The subdivision is subject to City/County approval and number of home sites may be reduced.)
Once the subdivision has been approved and final lots surveyed, Reservation Holders will select lots in order of their reservation number. Anticipated lot selection is late 2017 or Early 2018.
Your Keyo Tiny House will come with custom finishes.

Designing Your Home
During the time the lots are being subdivided you will schedule your design meetings with the Keyo Tiny House design team. Here is were the fun happens. Your home will be designed around YOU. Do you want one bedroom or two? A loft? Traditional exterior or modern? You will be able to colaborate with the designer to create a home layout that works for you and your family.
This process usually take three meetings.

1. Basic room layout and exterior design
3. Lock it in! Final changes and refinements
Another meeting will happen once your lot is prepped for construction where you will decide on the placement of your home on your lot.
